Privacy policy

This Privacy policy and personal data protection document https://seonix.ai/privacy-policy (hereinafter — the Privacy policy) is an integral part of the Public offer agreement concluded between the Service Provider and the Customer.

The Service Provider respects users' rights and prioritizes the confidentiality of your personal data. By registering on the site https://seonix.ai, you consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of providing information services.

This Policy defines how the Service Provider processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such data, the Service Provider's interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions of access to personal data, and contact information for users to request access, make changes, block, or delete their personal data, as well as to raise any questions the Customer may have regarding personal data protection practices.

Definitions

Personal data database — a named set of ordered personal data of Customers in electronic form;

User/users (customer, site user) — any individuals, customers of services of the Site, whose personal data is being processed;

Personal data processing — any action or set of actions by the Service Provider, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and distribution (dissemination, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data;

Personal data — information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

What data the Service Provider receives when the Site is used

The Service Provider will receive the following personal data from the Customer:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • cookie files;
  • IP addresses.

Providing the data listed above is voluntary and necessary to carry out payment transactions for using Site services and for registration on the site https://seonix.ai.

Use of cookies

Cookies are text files that contain a small amount of information, sent to a web browser and stored on the user's device. Such devices include a computer, mobile phone, or any other device used to visit the Site.

Cookies can be permanent (called persistent cookies) and stored on the computer until the user deletes them, or temporary (called session cookies) and stored only until the browser is closed. Cookies are also divided into first-party (set directly by the visited Site) and third-party (set by other websites).

Sharing information with third parties

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade personal data collected from the User. To deliver the service, the Service Provider shares the minimum necessary data with a small set of trusted sub-processors, each acting under contract and only for the purposes listed below:

  • AI providers — to generate SEO content and recommendations from the inputs you provide (your project's brief, your site's content).
  • Cloud hosting and database providers — to host the application, store project data, and serve files.
  • Payment processor — to handle subscription payments.
  • Email delivery provider — to send transactional emails (sign-in links, notifications).
  • Error monitoring and analytics — to detect bugs and measure usage of Seonix itself (not your site's visitors).

We choose providers that offer appropriate security and data-protection terms, and we limit the data shared to what each provider needs.

Payment service

The WayForPay payment service (https://wayforpay.com) handles the receipt and transfer of funds from Customers (users) of the Site via the WayForPay web interface. Responsibility for payment transactions and for the collection and storage of personal information is carried by WayForPay LLC financial company.

The Service Provider makes every reasonable effort to protect Customers' (users') data and keep it safe from third parties.

However, the measures taken may prove insufficient if Customers (users) do not follow security rules. In particular, Customers are required to keep their card details, name, contact phone number, and email address confidential.

To prevent personal data from being accessed by third parties, the Service Provider asks Customers (users) to log out of the payment system site after completing payment transactions for Service payments on the Site.

Use of Google API Services and User Data

If you choose to connect your Google account to Seonix (for example, to bring Search Console or Google Analytics data into your project dashboard), Seonix accesses a limited set of read-only data from those Google services. This connection is optional — Seonix works without it.

What we access

  • Google Search Console (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly) — read-only access to your verified properties: search queries, clicks, impressions, average position, sitemaps, indexed URLs.
  • Google Analytics (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly) — read-only access to your GA4 properties: report data (sessions, users, page views, traffic sources, conversions) and the list of properties you can see.

We request the minimum scopes required for the features above. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service.

What we do with this data

  • Show you your own Search Console and Analytics data inside the Seonix dashboard.
  • Use it to suggest SEO improvements, content topics, and content priorities for your own project in Seonix.
  • Cache snapshots in our database to avoid hitting Google rate limits on every page load.

What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade Google User Data.
  • We do not share Google User Data with third parties, except the sub-processors strictly needed to run Seonix (listed in the section above). We do not pass Google User Data to AI/LLM providers, advertising networks, or third-party analytics tools.
  • We do not use Google User Data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI or machine learning models — ours or anyone else's.
  • We do not use Google User Data for serving ads.
  • Humans on the Seonix team do not read your Google User Data, except (a) with your explicit permission for support, (b) where required by law, or (c) where strictly necessary to debug a security or integrity issue.

Limited Use disclosure

Seonix's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database. Cached snapshots of Search Console and Analytics data are stored as part of your project and kept while the integration is connected. When you disconnect the integration or delete the project, the cached data and stored tokens are deleted.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect at any time:

  • In Seonix — go to your project settings and remove the Google Search Console or Google Analytics connection. We delete the stored tokens and cached data.
  • In your Google account — visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Seonix, and click Remove access.

Other sites

Within the Site, links to other sites may appear from time to time, which the Service Provider does not control. Such sites operate independently of the Site and are in no way verified by the Service Provider. These pages may have their own privacy and personal data protection policies, which the Service Provider recommends reviewing. The Service Provider is not responsible for the data handling practices within those pages.

Personal data protection

The Service Provider uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational information and personal data protection against loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction, however, does not guarantee absolute protection against any threats arising outside the Company's regulatory scope.

The Service Provider ensures that all appropriate confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organizational security measures, are applied to prevent unauthorized or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, or their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Rights of the data subject

The rights of the User (users) as a data subject are defined by applicable personal data protection law.

How to change / delete personal data

Users may change information about themselves at any time in their Personal account. To delete your account and associated data, or to request a copy of your data, contact us at info@seonix.ai. For data received from Google APIs, see "How to revoke access" in the Google section above.

Changes to this Policy

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy policy at any time and for any reason. Please check the Policy page https://seonix.ai/privacy-policy regularly to keep up with updates and changes to our Privacy policy.
