Connect Webflow to Seonix

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Seonix publishes the articles it writes for you straight into your Webflow CMS collection. Setup takes about a minute: there is no token to paste and nothing changes in your design.

Before you start

  • Your Webflow site must have been published at least once. Webflow refuses live CMS writes on a site that never was.
  • Your blog needs a CMS collection with a rich-text field for the article body. A collection made from the standard Blog template has everything.
  • Publishing is part of the paid Seonix plans. See pricing.

Connect

  1. In your Seonix project, open Integrations and click Connect on the Webflow card. If you came from the Webflow Marketplace, sign in and pick the project.
  2. Click Connect with Webflow. On the Webflow screen, select your site and approve.
  3. Back in Seonix, pick the collection your blog posts live in and click Save collection. Seonix reads the collection's fields and maps the body, summary and image itself.

If you click Deny on the Webflow screen, you return to Seonix and nothing is changed.

Publish

Open an article and click Publish, or turn on auto-publish in the project settings. Each article becomes a live item in your collection, with no Publish click in Webflow. Editing and publishing again updates the same item, so there are no duplicates and the URL stays stable. Seonix does not touch the archived or draft flags you set in Webflow.

Auto-publish has two modes. In draft mode Seonix writes on schedule and every article waits for your approval. In auto mode articles from the approved plan go live at the scheduled time.

What Seonix fills

Name, slug, rich-text body, summary and cover image. If your collection has fields with the slugs seo-title, meta-title, page-title or title-tag, and seo-description, meta-description, page-description or description-tag, Seonix fills those too. The cover is passed to your image field as a URL, so nothing is added to your Assets panel.

Items are written to your site's primary locale. One Seonix project publishes to one site.

What Seonix can access

  • CMS, read and write:your collection's fields, and the items Seonix creates, updates or removes. Your existing posts are read only when you click Import Articles.
  • Sites, read: the sites you granted, their domain and whether they have been published.
  • Pages, read: the pages you already have, so articles link to them and do not repeat them.

Only the sites you select on the Webflow screen are covered. Seonix does not change your design, does not publish your whole site and does not add code to it. Your access token is stored encrypted on Seonix servers and is never sent to your browser. Details are in the privacy policy.

Disconnect

Integrations, then Disconnect. Seonix revokes its access at Webflow and deletes the stored token. Published articles stay on your site. Removing the app in Webflow has the same effect: Seonix deletes the token within 24 hours.

Troubleshooting

  • "This site has never been published." Open the site in Webflow, click Publish once, then try again.
  • "This collection has no rich-text field." Add a rich-text field in the Webflow CMS, or pick another collection.
  • "Seonix no longer has access to Webflow." The app was removed or its access ended. Click Reconnect Webflow.
  • "This project already has a connected integration." One project publishes to one platform. Disconnect the other one first, or use another project.
  • The article is live but its page returns 404. Your site needs a Collection Page for the collection. Add one in the Designer and publish the site.
